While in total agreement with Pat Joseph's incredulous reaction to warming northeastern weather's devastating impact on baseball bats (not to mention the ash tree in general), we noticed that there might at least be a silver lining fo future global warming litigation.
2007 is set to become the second warmest year on record. We've seen the compelling impact and future forecast if we don't act. Pristine beaches and coastlines lost. Potential flooding. The list goes on.
And now add the national pastime, or at least a critical chunk of its allure and history.
